Positive: Villa 2 (2. flor) was spacious with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. Shahid was a friendly host. The appartment is just 300 m from the Subway toward Manhattan. The Area is safe and has cafees and wholefood store nearby.
Negative: The street is a bit noicy even at night especially in the weekends. The house is old and beatiful, but that means thin walls as well so we did hear the sirens and cars at night.

Positive: The front porch and back deck were lovely. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was amazing, with many high-end features. The location was excellent, we walked to great restaurants and coffee shops.
Negative: Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Positive: Perfect timing and we were welcomed and given a tour. Our son lives in Brooklyn and this was a GREAT location. Love the updated kitchen and bathroom. We had Thanksgiving dinner and had to bring some dishes from our son’s place but the kitchen was lovely to cook in. Super convenient to subway, groceries, coffee and Prospect park.
Negative: Bed was in the dining room and lots of lights and noise so not very peaceful at night. There was plenty of conditioner and lotion but no shampoo or body wash so we bought some.
Summary: Great location with wonderful host. Would love to stay again.

Positive: We had a really nice stay here. Accommodation was warm and clean, with comfortable beds. Really well located with easy access to subway and shops / restaurants nearby (shout out to wheated which was delicious). Lot of space and nice cooking facilities with a large kitchen and tea/coffee complimentary.
Negative: Only down side was it's an old house so could be noisy from squeaky floors upstairs and traffic outside.
Summary: Lovely stay in a nice neightbourhood

Positive: Hosts were friendly, responsive, and present while respecting our privacy, too. The location is great and the place feels luxurious with the kitchen and restroom.
Negative: The beds were a little creaky (but they were comfortable, so not a big issue).
